We are in need of volunteers to help on the day with lots of different things from setting up, running games, helping on stalls, serving refreshments and clearing away.

We are always in need of donations.  Can you help with any of the following?

• Raffle Prizes

• Tombola items 

• Cakes/Baked goods (Please provide a full ingredients list so that we can flag any allergens/dietary requirements)

Please drop donations off directly to the community centre.

We have a limited number of indoor and outdoor stalls available for hire.

Bookings now open.

No food/drink/cake stalls, no Tombola's and no Face Painting as we have our own.

Indoor Stalls:  £20 (6ft Table provided).  Limited availability.

Outdoor Stalls: £20 (6ft Table provided)  |  £15 TBC (bring your own table)

Please note Gazebo's are not provided, you will need to bring your own if required. 
All outdoor stalls are able to accommodate a 3m x 3m gazebo.
All indoor stalls are the width of the table only and are not able to accommodate anything on the floor around them.

• Access on the day for set up is available from 11.30am.

• The latest arrival time for stall holders is 12.30pm.

• Free Parking is available and located at the back of our building accessed via Larkhill Road.

• All inside Tables are 6ft and do not have extra space around them.

• The event will run from 1pm - 5pm.

• Hot & Cold Drinks, Snacks and Ice-creams will be available to purchase on the day.  

• Card & Cash payments accepted.

• Should you need to cancel for any reason, please be reminded of our cancellations policy:

15+ days notice = 100% Refund

8 - 14 days notice = 50% Refund

0 - 7 days notice = No Refund

No Show = No Refund
